Pilates
This class focuses on breath, alignment, deep abdominal connections, and waking up the spine in all directions for health and suppleness. Somewhere on the spectrum from gentle and stretchy to a bit more vigorous depending on the day and what we need collectively. You will leave feeling grounded, centered, and alive.

Barre
This class has a bit more influence from dance conditioning and yoga in addition to Pilates principles. We move a little quicker, use some music to keep us motivated, and lean into the challenge. You can expect to alternate between standing and mat work, as in yoga. This class builds our stamina, so we keep it short and sweet with an integrative stretching cool down.

Mindful Motion
This class just feels good--allowing us to tap into our innate physical wisdom and come home to our bodies. You make all the decisions in this environment. I lead us through an exploration of the landscape of the body and its immense capabilities (we bend, we spiral, we walk, we stand), providing images and suggestions, and you respond in any way that feels right for you. We use sound to guide and encourage our individual explorations and choice-making.
