As a professional dancer placing consistently intense demands on my body and mind, Pilates, mindfulness, and somatic methods have been my constant companions in maintaining mental and physical health. I found Pilates during a very difficult time of injury during University and was lucky to be introduced to a way of moving which focused on holistic care and healthy, efficient movement—providing a respite to regain my footing and personal power.
I have been teaching in the health and wellness space, as a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, for more than 15 years. As I have continued teaching Pilates and movement alongside my performing career and building my contemporary dance teaching practice, I have consistently focused on creating spaces that make room for our whole selves— honoring our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

I share my methodology and expertise with somatic educators around the world, providing peer-to-peer mentorship as well as guiding those who are just starting their journey in wellness as teachers, coaches, and instructors.
